  • Do I need to create an account to be able to shop?

  • How long does it take for my order to get delivered?
    The average dispatch time for ready to ship products is a speedy 48 hours turnaround! Custom Orders are dispatched in 5-7 working days, please expect the delivery within 10-12 working days from date of confirmation.
  • How can I make international payments at checkout?
    For International Debit or Credit Card payment (bank accounts outside India) request you to please choose Pay by international Debit or Credit Card which is mentioned right under ADD TO CART (on your phone screen) or right below product price (on your laptop) on every product page to complete your transaction. You can use our secure payment gateway on our website to checkout with your purchase via debit or credit card. If you encounter payment issues due to bank restrictions while checking out with your outfit using an International Debit or Credit Card on our website, don’t worry. Simply reach out to us on WhatsApp at +971 557149502 , and we’ll provide a payment link in your international currency. This link will allow you to confirm your order for further processing and dispatch.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes. We ship worldwide. However please note the customs and import duties if applicable, are to be paid by the buyer once the parcel reaches the destination country. Usually in our experience small parcels do not attract any duties, however we cannot take the responsibility for the same.
  • What are the payment options?
    You can pay for your order via Debit Card or Credit Card.
  • What are the shipping charges?
    We ship worldwide. Customers can enjoy FREE SHIPPING in the UAE & India. For rest of the world there is a flat shipping rate of AED 80 + AED 45 per additional item. Please visit our footer section Shipping and Handling for details.
  • Can I return the product?
    At Maison NA-KA we have a strict checking process before we send out an item. In the rare circumstance of a fulfillment issue from our end, we offer returns in the form of store coupon credit which can be applied to purchase a product of same or higher value. The coupon code will be valid for 90 days.
  • Are the colors of the product same as seen on the website?
    We try our level best to make sure you are able to view the product colour exactly the way it is however, please note products may vary slightly in their appearance/colour on various screens (Desktop/Laptop/Mobile) also as per the colour settings on your device which we have no control over.
  • Can I pay using Cash on Deliver (COD) option?
    No, we do not offer COD.
  • Can I get outfits “made to” my height?
    All our orders are made not only as per size but also as per height. During check out you will be asked to mention your height. Please make sure to mention the same in centimeters. To check height please measure your length from a measuring tape from head to toe without footwear.
  • Can I track my order status?
    Yes. Once your order has been dispatched. We will provide you the Waybill Number/Tracking Number for your order. You can check the status through our logistics partner's website.
  • Can we get our outfit altered?
    At NA-KA we believe in relaxed fits. If you feel an outfit is loose for you in certain places please note that is infact a relaxed cut and very much an intentional part of the design itself. Nevertheless, in case of any alteration please connect with us on maisonnaka.com@gmail.com along with the issue and a picture of you wearing the dress. We will then revert back on whether or not there is a possibility/requirement to alter. Please note this service is applicable in India only. Also note that the shipping charges for alteration services are to be borne by the customer.
  • The outfit looks great on the model, will it look the same on me?
    All designs at NA-KA are constructed using the draping technique. While we are confident that all our styles look great on every body shape. The overall look of the outfit may vary from one body shape to the other.
  • Do you offer discounts and end of season sales?
    At Maison NA-KA we like to play fair and keep our customers happy. We believe in designing season less clothing lines and therefore do not conduct any end of season sales. We at Maison NA-KA do not believe in discounting our product. It is made with a lot of thought, fresh ideas and ethical practices. All our orders are by and large custom made. This way we maintain our high standards and exclusivity.
  • What is the ordering process?
    Shopping at www.maisonnaka.com is simple and convenient. Once you have decided on the product/s that you like simple choose your size and click add to cart. At checkout please mention your details. Also please mention your height information so we can customize your outfit as per the same. You can checkout either through Payumoney( India Only) or Stripe (worldwide). Please note you are not required to make an account in either of the payment gateways. Once the order has been placed you will get an email and/ or call to confirm your order. Having done that your order will be dispatched in 5-7 working days from the date of confirmation.
  • If I don't like my outfit can I get a refund?
    No we do not accept returns unless in a rare circumstance of a fulfillment issue. We custom make each garment as per size and height therefore it specially made for you. At Maison NA-KA we pay special care and attention to provide the best quality images in different angles along with sizing information. We request you to go through the product photos, description, size guide and fabric videos before placing your order.   • My outfit doesn't fit what can I do?
    Firstly, before placing your order please make sure to read the size guide and order accordingly. If the outfit still doesn't fit at the time of delivery please send us an email on maisonnaka.com@gmail.com. We will first understand your issue and take action accordingly. Please note exchanges returns and alterations do not apply to purchases made outside India. However be rest assured at maisonnaka.com every customer is valuable to us and we follow strict examination guidelines before dispatching your product.
  • How do I know which is the right size for me?
    Each product page has a size guide for your reference. Please note - the measurements are mentioned in inches as per your bust circumference measured from a measuring tape. It does not indicate you bust size (bra size) . We request you to measure yourself around the fullest part of your bust to get your accurate size.
  • How do I find an outfit in my size?
